Ordering

  • All orders are considered firm order at the time of placement and cannot be changed. You must place a new order for any additional items.
  • Payments are processed when the order is placed online.
  • Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days Monday-Friday.
  • Any order cancelled is subject to 20% re-stocking fee even if the order is not shipped. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders can be placed for In-Stock items only. You can setup Notification online in your account to be notified when an item is available in stock. However if you want to place an order for an item that is out of stock you can email us at sales@monagapparel.com.
  • Order details including the status of the order, shipping and  tracking information is available in your account under - My Account.
  • Reward Points are offered for your purchase on the MONAG website. You can get Rewards Program details at - MONAG Rewards
  • Promotions/Coupons when offered have Restrictions. Please review the Coupon details when applying it to your order.
