Q: How do I best view the MONAG Wholesale website?
A: To best view this site, please consider the following recommendations- This site is best viewed on Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer 9+ browsers. If you are using an older version we recommend upgrading to the latest version for the best browsing and shopping experience possible. If you are having trouble viewing the site, please send an email to apparel@monag.com for assistance. Please let us know what you're seeing (screenshots are helpful) and URLs for the pages where you're experiencing issues.

 

Q: What should I do if I forget my password?
A. Please click the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the Log In page. Enter your email address and press "Submit". Shortly after submitting your request, you will receive an email with the password reset details. Once you log in you can change your password on the "My Account" page.

 

Q: How do I know my order has been placed?
A: Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation by email.  Order details including the status of your order, shipping and tracking is available in your account under - "My Account" page.

 

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: For orders placed online, you can login to your account and view the status of your order under - "My Account" page.

 

Q: How can I track the status of my shipment?
A: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming your shipment and tracking number. To track your shipment you can select your order under - "My Account" page. You can also click "Track My Order" on the bottom left corner of menu bar of the website 

 

Q: Do you offer a printed catalog?
A: Yes, you can request for our catalog by sending us your contact information on the Contact Form

 

Q: Why do some of the colors look strange on my computer monitor?
A: Every computer screen or electronic device depicts colors differently. The MONAG web site administrator has made every effort to make the colors of the clothing on screen depict close to true colors. However due to the light, computer monitor and devices the colors may vary slightly.

 

Q: Why do different styles of same color not match exactly?
A: Colors will vary by dye lot, we can’t guarantee the color of your specific order will exactly match any sample you receive or match 100% any garments previously ordered. This is a given in the fabric and garment industry. While every effort is made to achieve color consistency some minor color variations due to dyeing or weaving irregularities is natural and inevitable. For different styles to match exactly they must be cut from the same roll of fabric, if you are trying to match different styles, we suggest placing a custom order so they can be made from the same lot.

Q: What percentage shrinkage can I expect?
A:  Cotton shrinks! Allow for shrinkage when ordering 100% cotton garments, 3-5% shrinkage even for preshrunk goods.

Q: Is there any Color variations between styles and lots?
A: Actual colors or merchandise may differ from that shown in the printed catalog and on our website. Colors will vary by dye lot, we cannot guarantee the color of your specific order will exactly match any sample you receive or match any garments you previously ordered. Q: Are there variations in sizes and weights?
A: All weights and sizes listed in the catalog, pricelist and website are approximate; allow tolerance of 2% to 7% in sizes and weight.
