Return/Claims Policy (5 Business Days) - No Exceptions - Please make sure to follow the process so that returns/claims can be processed

Claims for shortages, discrepancies, incorrect merchandise or defective merchandise must be made within (5) days of receipt of merchandise.
No returns will be processed after 5 Business days of receipt of the shipment.
Only Store credit is issued once the claim is processed
Photos might be requested for claims
Drop Shipments: It is the customer’s responsibility to inform their embellishers of the exact style, color and size they are being sent and to have them checked prior to embellishing.
MONAG cannot and will not be responsible for discrepancies in orders received by parties other than invoiced customer.
It is customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to embellishing or washing.
Merchandise altered in ANY WAY will Not be accepted (e.g. printed, washed, worn, dyed, label removed etc.)
Altered, decorated or washed garments are NOT returnable even if merchandise is defective or shipped incorrectly.
MONAG will not reimburse for any decoration cost.
MONAG shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay or damaged caused by freight handling.
MONAG will not be responsible for lost or stolen package if it shows delivered to the address provided.
All Clearance, Sales, Special-Deal, Special Offer, Promotion items and Coupons Applied are Final - No returns or exchanges
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number or they will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to restocking fee of 20%.
Shipping & Handling charges are non refundable.
Customer is responsible for postage of returns even if they have recied it through Free Shipping programs
No returns will be accepted after 15 days with or without a Return Authorization number.

Return/Claims Process - No Exceptions

In order to get proper credit, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Login to your account -> Under My Account -> Select Product Returns/Claims-> Select New Product Returns-> Select the order from which items need to be returned
Step 2: Fill the Return Form with the details and Submit
Step 3: Send the merchandise to the following address ONLY after you have RETURN AUTHORIZATION Number from us. Return will not be processed without an RA number

NOTE: if merchandise is damaged, worn, stained or improperly packed and shipped, it will receive no credit. All items must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included. Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us. We strongly recommend you ship via a trackable method and keep a record of your shipping confirmation for your protection.
Step 4: Once we receive the return, we will process a request to credit your account. This process can take from 5 to 7 business days after the items have been received by our Returns department. Returns should be recieved within 15 days of RA number confirmations.
In order to expedite the shipping process, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. You can place a second order for the correct items to ensure you receive what you need without waiting for an exchange to process. Once we receive your return, we will provide credit..
